GRANULE
Overview
Granule is a slow-release soil enhancement product combining premium humic acid with pecan nut biochar. It steadily improves soil health, structure, and nutrient availability over time. Designed for broadacre farming, pastures, horticulture, orchards, turf, and home gardens, Granule enriches soil biology, boosts water retention, and increases nutrient efficiency.
Key Benefits
Improves soil structure for better water infiltration and root penetration
Enhances nutrient retention, reducing fertiliser losses through leaching
Boosts microbial activity with a long-term carbon food source
Increases resilience to drought and extreme weather
Supports balanced soil pH and reduces salinity effects
Contributes to carbon sequestration for environmental sustainability
When to Use
Base conditioning
As a foundation soil conditioner before planting
Pastures
To improve nutrient cycling and resilience
Horticulture
For healthier root zones and moisture retention
Turf
To promote sustained greening and reduce irrigation needs
Regeneration
To restore depleted or compacted soils
Application Rates
300 kg/ha over 1 ha
Nutrient & Soil-Building Action
Humic acid
Acts as a natural chelator, making nutrients more available while feeding soil biology
Biochar
Provides a porous carbon matrix that improves aeration, water-holding capacity, and microbial habitat
Synergy
Together they build richer, more productive soil without reliance on synthetic inputs
Practical Notes
Timing
Best pre-plant or during renovations; apply when soil moisture allows
Placement
Broadcast + light incorporation (2–5 cm) or band over root zone; water-in if left on surface
Pairing
Compatible with composts, manures, and mineral fertilisers. Keep separated from high-salt fertilisers to avoid burn
Calibration
300 kg/ha = 30 g/m². For small areas, a 10 L bucket covers ~15–20 m² at 30 g/m²
Monitoring
Adjust rates based on soil tests, crop response, and moisture. Sandy/degraded soils may benefit from upper ranges in year one, then step down
